I'm a southerner at heart, born and raised in the suburb of Atlanta, Georgia... which means I absolutely love biscuits dipped in honey and grits loaded with cheese and butter.
I just quit my job in NYC and am taking a "sabbatical" (basically an adult way to say: unemployment). I'll be eating and drinking my way through Europe and Asia in the next two months!
